If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thebunkerhouseco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue qualifies, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Please double-check sizing, colors, shipping information, and any customization details before placing your order. The Bunker House is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect customer-provided information.
